What do I need to place an order?
- Select the product of your choice from our selection. Then add the product to the cart and go to checkout to place the order.
Can I modify my order after placing an order?
- Unfortunately, you would not be able to modify the order once the payment is made.
How do I know if my order has been processed?
- You will receive an email confirmation shortly after the order is processed.

Are your prices listed in international currencies?
- All prices are listed in the currency of the United Arab Emirates as of now, which is the AED

Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?

Do you provide itemized receipts?
- Yes, we provide itemized details for each order by email.
How is VAT calculated?
- 5% VAT is included in the price of each product on knifeout.pro
Delivery and Shipping
How long does it take to receive my order?
- At knifeout.pro we wish for your purchase to arrive in perfect condition. Therefore, delivery will be made by our courier service and will reach you within 5-7 working days. All delivery times are subject to stock availability. If your item is delayed, we will contact you to discuss and advise. Delivery times are extended over bank holidays and maybe extended as the result of any adverse weather conditions that are beyond our control.
How do I authenticate my identity at the time of delivery?
- At time of delivery, we might ask for proof of identity such as a valid photo ID card or photo of passport. In case a hard copy is not available, the messenger will accept a picture of the document instead.
Are there non-delivery areas?
- Knieout.pro delivery strives to covers all areas within United Arab Emirates.
If there are certain cases that our delivery cannot cover the area, we will contact you and an alternative arrangement will be made.
